HAUTE COUTURE : Due to the bespoke nature of our Haute Couture pre-order items, please allow up to 6 weeks for production and additional delivery time (as mentioned in SHIPPING POLICY).

READY TO WEAR: Due to the made-to-order nature of our Ready-to-Wear items, please allow 7-14 days for production and additional delivery time (as mentioned in the SHIPPING POLICY).

Customization and Variations

Please note that since our pre-order items are handmade, there may be slight variations in design, craftsmanship, and materials. Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from the images shown on our website, adding to the exclusivity and individuality of our creations. In the event that a material is unavailable, as is sometimes the nature of haute couture, we will contact you personally to discuss suitable alternatives.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. This secures your item and allows our artisans to begin the customization process.

Changes and Cancellations

Once a pre-order is placed, we begin the production process immediately. As a result, we cannot accept changes or cancellations after the order has been confirmed. Please ensure that all details are correct before submitting your pre-order.

Shipping

After the completion of your custom piece, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges
